How we do it right.
Most window problems are really water problems, and water problems are our trade. We measure every opening individually instead of ordering one size for the house, pull the old unit, and check the framing and sill underneath before anything new goes in. If we find rot, we tell you and fix it rather than covering it up. The new window gets set level, insulated, flashed so water is directed back out, and sealed inside and out. Same crew, same standard as the roof.
