EDWARDS ROOFINGAnd Construction
Payment options

Financing for your roof and windows.

A roof does not fail on a schedule that suits your bank account. Financing lets you protect the house now and pay for it over time, with the numbers explained in plain language before you sign anything.

You will not find a teaser rate on this page. Advertised payments have fine print attached, and the honest version is that your terms depend on your credit and the size of the job. So we do it the other way around: we price the work first, then show you what the lender will actually offer you, in writing, before you owe anyone anything.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

Free inspection first

We look at the roof or the windows and put a real scope and a real price in writing. You cannot make a good decision about paying for work nobody has priced yet.

We go over the options

Cash price, insurance proceeds if it is a storm job, and financing, laid out side by side so you can see what each one actually costs you.

You apply to the lender

Financing is handled by a third-party lender, not by us. You apply directly, and the lender decides and tells you your terms, in writing, before you commit to anything.

We build it

Once you are approved and you have accepted the terms, we schedule the work. Nothing starts until you have said yes to both the job and the payment plan.

What homeowners use it for

The jobs that never wait for payday.

A full roof replacement

The one nobody budgets for. Spreading it out is often the difference between replacing the roof this month and patching it for another two years.

Window replacement

Doing the whole house at once is usually cheaper per opening than doing it a wall at a time, and financing is what makes that possible.

The part insurance does not cover

Your deductible is yours to pay, and in Louisiana it is illegal for a contractor to waive or absorb it. We will not pretend otherwise. What we can do is help you plan for it rather than be blindsided by it.

Doing it right instead of twice

Upgrades that pay you back, like a metal system or a better glazing package, get shelved when the only option is cash today. They do not have to be.

Questions, answered straight.

Yes, through a third-party lender. Ask us during your free inspection and we will walk you through the options that are actually available to you, along with the cash price, so you can compare them honestly.

Edwards Roofing & Construction is a contractor, not a lender. Financing is provided by a third-party finance company, and they make the credit decision and set your terms, not us.

That depends on your credit, the amount, and the plan you choose, so we will not quote you a number on a web page that the lender might not honour. You get the real figures in writing from the lender before you agree to anything.

No. Asking about options and getting a written estimate from us costs nothing, and there is no obligation either way.

Your deductible is your responsibility and we will never offer to waive, cover, or discount it, which is illegal in Louisiana and the classic storm-chaser move. Financing can help you cover what you owe out of pocket, including a deductible, but it is still money you are paying.

Prepayment terms are set by the lender, not by us, so ask them directly before you sign. It is a fair question and a good lender will answer it plainly.

Financing is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval. Edwards Roofing & Construction is not a lender and does not set rates or terms. All terms, rates, and payment amounts come from the lender in writing.
