Privacy Policy
This explains what Edwards Roofing & Construction collects, why, and what we do and do not do with it. It covers our website, our forms, and our text messaging.

Who we are
Edwards Roofing & Construction is a roofing and construction contractor based in Pineville, LA. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means Edwards Roofing & Construction. When it says “you,” it means anyone who uses this website, contacts us, or receives messages from us.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request an inspection, fill in a form, use the chat widget, call, or text us, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address or service area, and whatever you tell us about the work you need.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical information through analytics and tag management tools: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is used in aggregate to understand what people look for.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, schedule an inspection, and quote the work.
- To contact you about a job in progress, including scheduling and follow-up.
- To help with an insurance claim when you have asked us to.
- To keep records of estimates, contracts, and completed work.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations.
SMS and text messaging
If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text, we may send you messages about your inspection, estimate, schedule, or job. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
- Message frequency varies depending on your job and what you have asked us for.
- Message and data rates may apply. Those are between you and your mobile carrier.
- To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and then no further texts.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described under “Who we share information with” below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information is not shared with anyone.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a tag manager and website analytics to measure traffic and understand which pages are useful. It also runs a chat widget and a lead-capture tool supplied by our marketing agency, which record the details you enter so your enquiry reaches us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to do the work or run the business:
- Service providers who operate on our behalf, such as our website and analytics providers, our messaging provider, and the marketing agency that manages this site. They may only use it to provide that service.
- Your insurance company or adjuster, when you have asked us to help with a claim.
- Suppliers and crews to the extent needed to order materials and complete your job.
- Where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
As stated above, text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of these categories and are never shared.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them to service the work, honor a warranty, and meet legal, tax, and insurance requirements. When we no longer need information, we dispose of it.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link, or ask us.
- Calls: tell us and we will stop.
- Access or deletion: contact us using the details below and we will respond. Some records we are obliged to keep.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. Please do not send sensitive information such as payment card or Social Security numbers through the website forms or by text.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of the page. The version on this page is the current one.
